采用SCL-90量表评价心理干预在人工流产中的应用

摘要：

目的：探讨心理干预对人工流产妇女心理状态及手术效果的影响。方法：将576例人工流产妇女随机分为研究组和对照组，首诊和术前采用SCL—90评定心理状态的变化，并对手术过程进行效果评价。结果：研究组经心理干预后心理状态明显好转(P＜0.05)，但仍高于全国常模(P＜0.05)；对照组术前焦虑、恐惧、抑郁因子分明显高于首诊(P＜0.05)，其余因子分无明显变化(P>；0.05)；研究组术中疼痛程度、手术时间、出血量及人工流产综合反应发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：心理干预能明显改善人工流产对妇女心理状态的不良影响，提高手术效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on mental health status in women who accepted artificial abortion．Methods:576 cases of women accepted artificial abortion were randomly divided into psychologieal intervention group and control group,and evaluated their psychological state before artificial abortion and at first visit with SCL-90．Results:Compared with control group，psychological intervention group had obvious improvement in mental health states(P<0．05)．The degree of anxiety,dread，and depress faetars before artificial abortion of the control group were higher than those at first visit (PConclusion:For women with artificial abortion,psychological intervention can improve their mental health stales,decrease the incidence of pain and syndrome of ailifieial abortion，reduce the operation time and the amount of bleeding．
