慢性HBV感染患者的疾病认知

摘要：

目的：研究慢性HBV感染患者的疾病认知因素，及其对疾病的负性认知强度，分析影响疾病认知的相关因素。方法：选择符合慢性病毒性肝炎诊断标准的患者完成修订的疾病认知调查问卷(简体中文版)，数据进行共方差分析。结果：慢性HBV感染患者表现出过度的负性疾病认知。疾病同一性因子与其它各因子无明显相关性；疾病相干性与个人控制、治疗控制和时间延续-周期性等因子之间存在显著负相关。疾病的严重程度对时间延续-周期性因子的影响有统计学意义。结论：慢性HBV感染患者过度的负性疾病认知，严重影响患者自身调节，使得生活质量低下，形成沉重的心理应激，对康复构成冲击。

Objective: To investigate the strength of chronic type B hepatitis patients' negative illness perceptions and analyse the related factors of illness perceptions about chronic type B hepatitis.Methods: Choose diagnosed chronic type B hepatitis patients to complete the Chinese Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised(simple Chinese edition).Data were analysed by covariance structure analysis.Results: The chronic type B hepatitis patients showed excessive negative views about illness perceptions.The identy dimension were not related to any other illness representation constructs.The illness coherence dimension were negatively correlated to personal control, treatment control and timeline-cyclical illness representation constructs.The severity of illness were significantly correlated to illness timeline-cyclical factors.Conclusion: The patients' excessive perceptions of their illness have important implications on their self adjustment, make their life quality lower, form heavier mental stress and construct impact against their recovery.
