流动人口的生活工作条件及其满意度对心身健康的影响

摘要：

目的：考察北京市流动人口的生活和工作条件状况以及生活和工作条件、生活和工作满意度对情绪和身体健康的影响。方法：从北京市选取了2201名流动人口作为被试，采用问卷的方式收集了他们的生活和工作条件、生活和工作满意度、情绪健康状况、身体健康状况的数据。结果：①流动人口的生活条件和工作条件较差，但对生活和工作的满意度处于一般水平；②生活和工作条件与满意度越好的人，心身健康状况越好；③生活和工作条件对情绪和身体健康状况有显著的影响，但是生活和工作满意度的影响系数更大。结论：流动人口的生活和工作的客观条件对心理健康的影响不如生活和工作的主观满意度大。

Objective: This study aimed to explore the effects of the life and job condition and satisfaction on the psychological and physical health of rural-to-urban migrants.Methods: 2201 participants responded to the questionnaire including life and job conditions, life and job satisfaction, depression and physical health status.Results: ①Rural-to-urban migrants' life and job condition were very bad, but their satisfaction to their life and job were of middle degree;②The better their life and job condition, the better their psychological and physical health;③The effect of satisfaction on migrants' psychological and physical health were much more than of life and job conditions.Conclusion: Life and job satisfaction was more related to the psychological and physical health.
