组织支持感对中小学教师幸福感与工作倦怠的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨组织支持感对中小学教师幸福感与工作倦怠的影响。方法:采用组织支持感量表、教师幸福感问卷和工作倦怠量表对266名中小学教师进行测查。结果:组织支持感与幸福感各维度存在显著的正相关;组织支持感与工作倦怠各维度之间存在显著的负相关。结论:中小学教师的组织支持感对其幸福感和工作倦怠具有一定的预测作用。

Objective:To explore the impact of primary and secondary school teachers’ perceived organizational support?on their happiness and burnout.Methods:The Survey of Perceived Organizational Support,Teachers’ Happiness?Questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory were applied to 266 primary and secondary school teachers.Results:Perceived?organizational support had a significantly positive correlation with dimensions of happiness and a negative correlation?with dimensions of job burnout.Conclusion:Teachers’ perceived organizational support can significantly predict their?happiness and job burnout.
