ADHD儿童的箱庭治疗过程及效果

摘要：

目的：探讨箱庭疗法对ADHD儿童的有效性和治疗过程。方法：个案研究法，对象为一名10岁ADHD男孩，进行个体箱庭治疗和家庭箱庭治疗，共24个单元，历时近13个月。结果：ADHD儿童的箱庭治疗过程在制作场景、空间配置以及沙和玩具的使用方面有其独有的特征；箱庭治疗能促进与重建ADHD儿童的人格发展；进而显著改善ADHD症状、学校适应和亲子关系，并具长期效果。结论：ADHD儿童的箱庭作品和治疗过程有其独特的特征，箱庭疗法对ADHD儿童有良好的治疗效果。

Objective: To explore the process and effect of Sandplay Therapy on ADHD. Methods: By case study, a?ten year old boy with ADHD received 24 therapy sessions, including 20 individual Sandplay Therpy and 4 Family Sandplay?Therapy sessions. All the therapy process took about 13 months. Results: ADHD children’s Sandplay Therapy process?had specific style on sandtray setting, place arrangement and use of toll and sand. Sandplay Therapy process was able?to promote and reconstruct the personality development of ADHD children and then had significant effect on ADHD symptoms?and their school adjustment and parent-child relationship, even if after a long time. Conclusion: There are specific?characteristics of ADHD children’s therapeutic process and sandtrays. Sandplay therapy is as effective as psychotherapy?for ADHD children.
