摘要：

幽默是一个非常有意义的研究课题，对幽默的心理学研究主要集中在幽默的心理机制和心理功能方面。有关幽默的心理机制的理论解释中，最有代表性的是优势理论、释放理论和失谐理论。研究者在幽默的研究中逐渐发展起来一些测量幽默的工具，并在研究中得到了很好的应用。目前，幽默的心理学研究主要集中在幽默与心理健康的关系上，以往的研究发现，幽默是一种很好的压力应对机制，对心理健康具有积极的功能。

Humor is a meaningful research topic, now the research is focused on the study of Psychological Mechanism?and Function of Humor. The most influential theories that explain psychological mechanism of humor are superiority theories,?relief or arousal theories and incongruity theories, which can explain different humors. Some measurement has developed?in the humor research and well applied. At present, research on psychological function of humor is concentrated on?the relationship between humor and health. The former researches have discovered that humor is a good coping mechanism?and has beneficial effect on health.
