中学校长职业倦怠与自我和谐的相关研究

摘要：

目的:探讨中学校长职业倦怠与自我和谐的关系。方法:采用卢家楣根据Maslach职业倦怠问卷(MBI)改编的教师职业倦怠问卷和王登峰的自我和谐量表(SCCS)对198名中学校长进行测评。结果:①当前中学校长的职业倦怠程度较低,总分为5.82±0.93;自我和谐程度较高,总分为69.69±8.06。②不同性别、不同学校层次校长在部分职业倦怠、自我和谐分量表上差异显著(P＜0.05～0.01)。③中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐诸因子(刻板性除外)有显著的正相关(P＜0.01)。④自我和谐的不灵活、不和谐两因子对职业倦怠有显著正向预测作用,解释变异22.5%。结论:中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐密切相关;自我越不灵活、自我与经验越不和谐,职业倦怠程度越高。

Objective: Exploring the relationship between job burnout and self-experience consistency in principals.Methods: The Chinese version of Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS) and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey(MBI-ES) were administrated to 198 principals.Results: ①The principals’ burnout was relatively low and their status of self consistency was relatively high.②There were significant differences between male and female and between diferent levels of schools’ principals in some of the subscales of the two measures.③The correlations between burnout and self consistency were substantial.④The scores of two subscales of SCCS were significant predictors of the burnout,explaining 22.5% variance after contorting the gender and type of the principals.Conclusion: The principals' burnout is closely related with self consistency.The lower self consistency and inefficacy they are,the higher burnout they feel.
