心理资本与工作满意度、生活满意度的关系:工作家庭促进的中介作用

摘要:

目的:探讨中小学教师心理资本、工作家庭促进与工作满意度、生活满意度的关系。方法:采用心理资本问卷、工作家庭促进问卷、工作满意度问卷、生活满意度问卷测量426名中小学教师。结果:中小学教师心理资本、工作家庭促进、工作满意度、生活满意度两两之间均呈显著正相关。在控制了人口统计学变量后,心理资本、工作促进家庭对工作满意度、生活满意度均具有显著预测作用,同时,心理资本对工作满意度、生活满意度的预测作用部分通过工作促进家庭来实现。结论:工作促进家庭在心理资本与工作满意度、生活满意度关系中发挥着中介作用。

Objective:To study the relationships between psychological capital,work-family facilitation and job satisfaction,life satisfaction in a sample of primary and secondary school teachers.Methods:426 teachers from 8 schools weremeasured by Psychological Capital Scale,Work-family Facilitation Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale and Life SatisfactionScale.Results:There were significant positive correlation among psychological capital,work-family facilitation,job satisfactionand life satisfaction.After controlling the demographic variables (age,gender and school age),psychological capital,work-family facilitation had direct prediction on teachers' job satisfaction and life satisfaction.Moreover,work to familyfacilitation partially mediated the effect of psychological capital on job satisfaction and life satisfaction.Conclusion:Theeffect of psychological capital on job satisfaction and life satisfaction is mediated by work to family facilitation.
