自闭症儿童母亲应对发展过程的质性研究

摘要：

目的:探索自闭症儿童母亲的应对发展过程。方法:结合方便抽样和目的抽样选取3位4-6岁自闭症儿童的母亲进行深度访谈。结果:①试图回避是母亲惯用的应对方式;②从消极认命到积极再定义是应对的力量源泉;③坚守训练是母亲积极的问题解决策略;④情绪压力与管理贯穿应对过程的始终;⑤试图寻求并发展社会支持是母亲的期盼。从最初觉察孩子表现异常,到接受孩子患病事实,直至坚持训练,自闭症儿童母亲大致经历从试图回避到消极认命再到积极面对三个阶段。结论:母亲是自闭症儿童的主要照料者和压力承载者。

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the coping process adopted by autistic children's mother.Methods:Three mothers raising autistic children at the age of 4-6 entered the research and in-depth interviews wereconducted.Results:The study found the main coping strategies adopted by autistic children's mother were:①trying toavoid was the usual way;②from negative realization to positive redefinition of life was source of strength;③sticking totraining was positive problem-solving strategy;④emotional stress and management throughout the whole coping process;⑤trying to seek and develop social support were expectations.Throughout the process from detectinging abnormal performanceto accepting the facts to sticking to training,the autistic children's mother experienced the three stages from tryingto avoid to negative realization to positive coping.Conclusion:Autistic children were taken care of mainly by mother,andmother was the loader of press.
