青少年压力、应对方式与“网络成瘾”的关系

摘要：

目的：探讨青少年的生活事件压力、应对方式与"网络成瘾"的关系。方法：以广州某中学888名中学生为被试,采用问卷调查法进行研究。结果：在学习、受惩罚、健康、其他生活事件压力和总体压力上,网络成瘾组均显著高于正常组;在问题解决应对方式上,网络成瘾组显著低于正常组,在幻想和发泄应对方式上,网络成瘾组显著高于正常组;网络成瘾与问题解决应对方式、幻想应对方式、学习压力、丧失因子、其他压力有关联。结论：青少年网络成瘾与多种因素有关,应从多方面对这些因素进行针对性防治。

Objective:To explore the relationship between stress,coping styles and internet addiction of adolescents.Methods:A survey research method was adopted in which questionnaires were administered to 888 middle school students.Results:Internet addiction groups had significantly higher scores than normal group in stresses of learning,punishment,well being,other things and overall stresses.Internet addiction groups had significantly lower scores than normal group in problem solving,but they had significantly higher scores in abreaction and fantasy.Logistic regression analysis indicated that internet addiction of adolescents was correlated with problem solving,fantasy,stresses of learning,stresses of forfeit,and other stresses.Conclusion:Internet addiction of adolescents has relationship with many factors.It is necessary to take effective measures immediately to deal with it.
