中文版道德推脱问卷的信效度研究

摘要:

目的:检验道德推脱问卷的信度和效度。方法:应用中文版道德推脱问卷对750名大学生进行了施测,以学术欺骗行为、道德认同为效标,检验问卷的各项信效度指标。结果:①探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析均支持问卷的八因素结构模型;②道德推脱问卷的总分与学术欺骗行为有显著的正相关(r=0.33,P<0.001),与道德认同有显著的负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.001);③总问卷的内部一致性α系数为0.87,分半信度系数为0.80。结论:道德推脱问卷具有良好的信效度,但某些条目还不适合中国人群,需要进一步修订。

Objective: To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Moral Disengagement Scale in Chinese student sample. Methods: The scales, composed of moral disengagement, moral identity and study performance, were used to assess 750 graduate students. Results: ①Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed the scale was composed of 8 factors; ② Cronbach’ s alpha of the MDS was 0.87, the split -half reliability was 0.80; ③ Moral disengagement was correlated positively with academic dishonesty behavior and negatively with moral identity. Conclusion: The MDS of Chinese version is found to have good psychometrics properties with adequate reliability and validity; however, several items of the scale are found to be unfit to the Chinese sample, and revision of them should be done in further studies.
