摘要：

目的：翻译并修订人际反应指数量表(IRI)，考察其信度和效度。方法：对419名大学生和62名犯人进行调查。结果：验证性因素分析表明，C-IRI四因素结构拟合较好，各分量表的建构信度在0.59～0.75之间，重测信度在0.59～0.78之间。各分量表与效标量表的相关分析结果表明C-IRI具有良好的效标关联效度，犯人被试的C-IRI量表得分显著低于对照组中大学生被试的量表得分(t=-2.59，P＜0.05)。结论：C-IRI具有良好的信度和效度，可以用于测量成人的共情水平。

Objective: To revise the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) and to examine its reliability and validity. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 419 college students and 62 offenders and analyzed by reliability test and validity test. Results: The results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that the revised IRI was four-factor construct and had good construct validities. The construct reliability of the subscales ranged from 0.59 ～0.75, and test -retest reliability of the subscales ranged from 0.59～0.78. Revised IRI also had good criterion-related validity and discrimination validity. The scores of offenders were significantly lower than those of the controlled group (t=-2.59, P＜0.05). Conclusion: With acceptable psychometric quality, the Chinese version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index could be used to assess the empathy of Chinese college students.
