大学生自杀倾向问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘要：

目的:编制大学生自杀倾向问卷(College students suicide inclination questionnaire,CSIQ),并检验其信效度。方法:在450名大学生中初测,确定34个条目的正式问卷。随机抽取798名江苏省在校大学生进行正式施测。结果:问卷共4个因子,分别为:抑郁水平、自杀认知、自杀准备和绝望感,共解释方差61.79%。总问卷和各因子的Cronbach'sα系数在0.92-0.71之间;问卷总分和各因子的重测信度在0.99-0.84之间。问卷总分与明尼苏达多相个性问卷抑郁分量表(MMPI-D)总分呈显著正相关(r=0.25,P<0.01)。结论:大学生自杀倾向问卷具有良好的信效度指标,可用于相关的研究和实践中。

Objective: To develop College Students Suicide Inclination Questionnaire(CSIQ) and examine its reliability and validity.Methods: After a pretest in 450 college students to determine a 34-item version of CSIQ,a sample of 798 college students completed CSIQ.Results: CSIQ consisted of 4 factors: depression level,suicide cognition,suicide preparation,desperation,explaining 61.79% of total variance.The retest reliability were between 0.99-0.84,and Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale and subscales were between 0.92-0.71.The score of the total scale was significantly correlated with the MMPI-D.Conclusion: Reliability and validity of CSIQ correspond to psychometric standard,which can be used in both research and practice.
