贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版在青少年中的信效度

摘要：

目的:评估贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版(BDI-II-C)在我国青少年中的信度和效度。方法:2744名农村和2821名城市中学生(年龄:14.2±1.7岁)、45名重性抑郁障碍、22名轻性抑郁障碍和160名无抑郁障碍青少年完成BDI-II-C和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)的测试,并随机抽取196名中学生1周后及67名抑郁障碍青少年2个月后完成BDI-II-C的重测。结果:①在非临床和抑郁障碍青少年中,BDI-II-C Cronbachα系数分别为0.89和0.93,各条目间的相关系数分别在0.14-0.45和0.03-0.69之间,各条目与总分的相关系数分别为0.42-0.65和0.12-0.75之间,重测相关系数分别为0.76和0.56(P_s<0.001);②探索性因子分析提示BDI-II-C可提取认知-情感和躯体症状两个高度相关的因子,两因子累积方差贡献率为36.71%;验证性因素分析发现一般因子-躯体症状-认知情感三因子模型拟合数据最优,各指标为χ²/df=2.87,TLI=0.96,CFI=0.97,RMSEA=0.026。③BDI-II-C总分与CES-D总分呈正相关(r=0.72~0.76,P_s<0.01),重性、轻性抑郁障碍及无抑郁障碍青少年BDI-II-C总分得分两两比较差异显著。结论:BDI-II-C在我国青少年中具有良好的信度和效度,能够作为我国青少年抑郁症状筛查和严重程度评估的自评工具。

Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory-II(BDI-II-C) in Chinese adolescents.Methods:5565 junior and high-school adolescents,45 adolescents with major depressive disorder,22 with minor depression and 160 without depressive disorder completed the BDI-II-C and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).After 1 week,196 students were retested with the BDI-II-C and 67 depressed adolescents were retested after 2 months.Results:①In nonclinical adolescents and depressed adolescents,the Cronbach alpha coefficient of BDI-II-C was 0.89 and 0.93,respectively.The intercorrelations of 21 items ranged from 0.14 to 0.45 and 0.03 to 0.69 respectively,and item-total correlations ranged from 0.42 to 0.65 and 0.12 to 0.75,respectively(P_s 0.05).The test-retest coefficient was 0.76 and 0.56 respectively(P_s0.001).②Exploratory factor analysis extracted two factors,Cognitive-Affective and Somatic factors,which accounted for 36.71% of the variance in participants' responses.Confirmatory factor analysis showed the General-Somatic-Cognitive- Affective(G-S-CA) structure was the best fitted model(χ²/df=2.87,TLI=0.96,CFI=0.97,RMSEA=0.026).③BDI-II-C total score was related with the CES-D total score(r=0.72~ 0.76,P_s0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory-II showed good reliability and validity in Chinese adolescents.
