叙事生涯咨询——生涯咨询的新模式

摘要：

叙事生涯咨询是一种新的生涯咨询模式,是在社会经济快速变化和建构主义思潮兴起的背景下产生的。尽管目前尚未形成统一的定义,但已经有学者尝试建立了比较完善的咨询理论框架,如生涯建构理论和系统理论框架。叙事生涯咨询的过程一般分为共构、解构和建构。基于理论和咨询过程,《我的生涯故事》和《我的生涯影响系统》是两个非常有帮助的质性评估工具。叙事生涯咨询正处在发展阶段,其理论、方法和工具有待进一步发展、整合和本土化。

Narrative career counseling is a new approach of career counseling, which is put forward by the rapid develop-ment of economics and society and the constructivism theory. Although a unified definition of narrative career counselinghas not been in consensus, some scholars have introduced a theoretical framework on the career construction. The processof narrative career counseling usually includes three stages: co-construct, deconstruct and construct. Based on the theoryand counseling processes, two qualitative assessments, My Career Story and My System of Career Influence, have been ap-plied to the career counseling for practice. The research on the narrative career counseling is only in its infancy, the theo-ries，research methods and assessment tools are still warranted further studies.
