人际反应指数量表(IRI)应用于护理专业大学生的信度与效度分析

摘要：

目的:考查人际反应指数量表(IRI)在护理专业大学生群体中的信度和效度。方法:抽取北京市某医学院校护理专业1-4年级的大学生422人进行初测,其中39人接受重测,考察量表的内部一致性系数、重测信度、结构效度以及效标效度。结果:修订后在原28个条目的基础上保留了25个条目,因素分析结果维持四个维度;总量表的α系数为0.83,四个分量表α系数为0.62-0.82,分量表重测信度为0.59-0.70,各分量表与效标量表的相关分析结果显示出良好的效标关联效度,不同年级和性别在分量表上存在显著差异。结论:人际反应指数量表在护理专业大学生中的信度、效度较高,但还需在进一步研究中对分量表的稳定性进行验证。

Objective: This study is to explore the validity and reliability of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index(IRI)among Chinese nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 422 students and thirty nine students ofthe initial sample finished the re-test. Results: Factor analyses indicated that 25 items of the 28-IRI presented a fourcomponent structure in the nursing student sample. The construct reliability of the whole scale was 0.83, and that of the sub-scales ranged from 0.62-0.82, and test-retest reliability of the subscales ranged from 0.59-0.70. Significant correlationswere found between the empathy quotient and three subscales of the IRI. Conclusion: The validity and the reliability of theInterpersonal Reactivity Index basically meet the psychometric requirements. Further research needs to verify the stabilityof the subscales.
